To be sure, the Biden administration is making radical moves when we aren’t looking. Nearly every branch of the federal government is rushing ahead to put into place his socialist agenda. And that goes beyond simply taxing us into oblivion and spending billions on welfare programs.
Democrats also want to decide how you live your life, in nearly every situation. It won’t be long until they try to decide where you live or who you should marry! Biden’s EPA tried to pull a fast one on Americans who wanted to build a home near a wetland. But the Supreme Court had other ideas.

The Supreme Court on Thursday issued a ruling narrowing the federal government’s authority regulating bodies of water and effectively upending a Biden administration policy that recently went into effect.
The high court’s unanimous 9-0 decision, which was delivered by Justice Samuel Alito, rejected the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) broad definition of Waters of the United States (WOTUS).
The Biden administration prohibited a couple from trying to build a home near a wetland. The government agency used the Clean Waters Act as reason to prevent anyone from building on any body of water–even if that water wasn’t providing clean water to Americans.
The case was taken all the way to the Supreme Court. And the entire court, including the liberal wing, sided with the Americans. The ruling upended a Biden policy that tried to the CWA to control what Americans could do.
The EPA actually tried to fine this couple $40,000 a day, because wetlands on their land were near a ditch that fed into a creek. Are you kidding me? Talk about twisting the law! It seems Biden’s administration wants to shut down any attempt by Americans from using their own land.
This is nothing new. And it will continue as long as Joe Biden is in the White House. Democrats constantly want to expand the power of the federal government. In reality, it doesn’t seem they even like Americans owning their own land or homes.
Many recent policies seem to suggest that. Democrats must think Americans don’t deserve the land we worked so hard to defend and protect. Yet they’ll give away all our wealth and resources to illegal aliens and foreign nations.
Hopefully, we’ll see more rulings like this shutting down Biden’s schemes.
